SILVERHAWK     BEAD  COLLECTION

Carol Strick has researched and attempted to renew and preserve the ancient techniques of
faience bead work originally developed in the Middle East and Egypt.
These beads have a self glazing property which is often referred to as "Egyptian paste".
These samples were donated to the Silverhawk Bead Collection
by Dr. Deborah Zinn of Colorado in 1999.
